Today I am going to show you a spicy and tasty nonveg dish. Today I am making a thin red, curry and dry mutton.

First, I am going to cook the mutton take half kg of mutton. It is washed and strained. Add some salt and 1/4th spoon of turmeric powder mix it well so that it evenly sticks to all the mutton pieces. You can also use chicken instead of mutton and make a dry chicken dish with the red curry.

Let’s. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a cooking pot, add an Indian bay leaf. Add 1 chopped onion after you fry the onion. For some time, add the mutton pieces fry the mutton for about 2-3 minutes cover it with a lid, pour some water on the lid after 2 minutes.

Add the warm water from the lid on the mutton in this way keep adding the remaining water from the lid into the cooking pot from time to time and cook the mutton it takes 30-40 minutes to cook the mutton in a cooking pot.

Chicken needs lesser time to cook. If you’re going to cook the mutton in a cooker, it takes 5 whistles for it to cook. While the mutton cooks, let’s, make the masala add one tablespoon of poppy seeds in some warm water with some 5-6 cashew nuts, keep it soaked for about 15 minutes.

Let’s roast some ingredients. Here I have 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds when the sesame seeds are properly roasted, add 1 tablespoon of jeera, then add 4-5 black peppercorns, 3-4 cloves 2 cinnamon pieces, a teaspoon of caraway (, shahjeera ).

Now take these out and add some oil in this kadhai. Add 2 medium sized chopped, onions chopped vertically roast till the onion loses its rawness. Now let’s roast some fresh grated coconut. This is about a half coconut shell grated coconut roast till the coconut becomes dry, now take a mixer bowl and crush the earlier roasted spices which have cooled down now.

I am adding 1 whole peeled garlic in this. These are 15-20 small garlic. Cloves now add 2 inch of ginger (, diced, ) and coriander and crush everything together now add the roasted onions and coconut and crush everything together.

Add some water to make a fine crush. Here I have almost a paste like crush keep aside. Half of the paste for the curry and other half will be used for the dry. Mutton now crush the soaked poppy seeds and cashewnutswith some water and make a fine paste.

So the masala is ready. The cashewnut paste is ready, Also 2 tablespoons of bedgi chilly powder and 1 tablespoon of kolhapuri masala or onion-garlic masala. The mutton is cooked by now to make dry mutton I am taking out these cooked mutton pieces.

The red curry is very thin and runny. So if you want to increase the amount of water, you can just add some water in the mixer bowl and add that water in this take the kadhai and keep 2 tablespoons of oil for heating.

Add 1 Indian bay leaf. Add the chilly powder and kolhapuri masala. It gives a nice colour to the curry immediately. Add the crushed masala that we had kept aside fry it well add the cashewnut paste. I have used the bedgi chilly powder because it gives a beautiful colour to the curry and it is not very spicy, so you can even drink the red curry as a soup fry this masala for about 5 minutes, add 1/4th spoon of turmeric powder now add 2 Ladles of the water that we cooked the mutton in let the masala cook till you see the oil coming up.

The water used for the mutton was also heating. On the side, add the masala in this water while cooking the mutton I had added the salt. So keep that in mind, while adding more salt, if you want the red curry to be more thin heat some water in the previous kadhai and add it in this, let the curry boil for 2 minutes, since it is really runny.

It tastes great as a soup to make the dry mutton take a kadhai, add 2 to 3 tablespoons of oil for heating, add 2 finely chopped onions once the onion becomes pink, add 1 chopped tomato, add 1/4th spoon of turmeric powder.

Add the crushed masala. We had kept aside for the dry mutton once you fry the masala. Well, add the kolhapuri masala or the onion-garlic masala, as per your preference fry everything. Well add 1 ladle of the water that we cooked the mutton in (.

If kept aside before ) – or you can just add some red curry instead after some time, you see the oil coming above then add the mutton pieces. I had added salt while cooking the mutton, hence add more salt, accordingly steam it for some time and our dry.
